Praise and gratitude for the presence of God Almighty, who has provided pleasure, so that we can complete this project on time. We also thank Dr. Zalzulifa, M.Pd.,who has given the task of making a company proposal. Every human being lives not only alone but with, support from friends it  comes in various forms.

 

We made this paper assignment to fulfill our English Specifics and Purpose about PBLL task. Studioland.co is a company engaged in the rental of photo studios and photographer services for the purposes of graduation, pre-wedding, couple, maternity, family events, photos, photo products, groups, etc. This company also provides property, clothing, and make-up as photo support.

 

 

 

1.2  Vision

 

         Produce quality shooting results by prioritizing customer satisfaction.

         Make it easy for customer to save photo backups.

         Prioritizing the best service to customers

         Providing the best service at an affordable price

         Improve facilities and infrastructure according to development

         The pink color in the logo gives the impression of joy with a calm perception of serenity.

         The blue color in the logo gives the impression of serenity, quality, and reliability.

         The black color in the logo gives the impression of elegance, professionalism, strength, and confidence.

Photographic technology is currently growing rapidly and makes it easier for people to meet the needs of quality photos. In addition, this field can also save time in making quality photos. Technology that is supported by adequate facilities is also often referred to as "Digital Photography Studio" in addition to helping the community, this can also be a great business opportunities such as opening photo studio rentals, making albums, and much more.

 

 

2.2  What is Studioland.co?

Studioland.co is a company that provides photo studio rentals and calls for photographers for graduation, pre-weeding, product, couple, group, maternity, and family events or photos. This company also provides property, clothing, and make-up for photo purposes.

There are many photo studio rental companies on the market, this studioland.co company has its own advantages, namely its affordable prices, professional photographers, producing photos that are printed in HD quality, and photos can be sent via email to customers. With this service, Studioland.co believes in the vision and mission that is made to satisfy customers, which we will prioritize. Currently, Studioland.co is still planning to try to open a branch, currently Studioland.co is only located in Tebet, South Jakarta. For studio rental systems and our company's photographer calling services, namely by booking h-1 before the customer takes photos and for the booking system, we provide a website. This makes it easier for customers to rent our studio.

       The Studioland.co company also has a target every month to meet the profits from our studio rentals. The target of Studioland.co's company customers is by promoting it on social media and by distributing brochures to the surrounding community. This promotion is carried out with the aim of offering customers related services and facilities available at our photo studio so that customers are satisfied with the services of the Studioland.co company.

Our studio is only available in Tebet, South Jakarta. And our study does not have any branch in other cities yet.

 Studioland is in a strategic location,has many choices of studios, varied, and affordable prices, and also has a creative and unique team.

·         WEAKNESS

Studioland doesn't have a branch yet because it's a new photography studio and only available in Jakarta.

·         OPPORTUNITIES

Our opportunity is to have consumers from various backgrounds and make it easier for consumers want to take photos and need a photo studio.

·         THREATS

There are many photo studio competitors in the same area, there is price competition, and equipment quality competition.

3.1  Our Target Market

There are several target markets in our business and we are looking for students, college students, teenagers, adults, parents, businessmen, companies, and people who need our photography services.

 

 

3.2  Startup Expenditure (Budget)

It is a known fact that in setting up any business, the amount or cost will depend on the approach and scale you want to undertake. If you intend to go big by renting a place, then you will need a good amount of capital as you will need to ensure that your employees are well taken care of, and that your facility is conducive enough for workers to be creative and productive.

The materials and equipment that will be used are nearly the same price everywhere, and any difference in prices would be minimal and easily overlooked. The detailed cost analysis for starting a standard photographic studio might differ in other countries or cities due to the value of their currency. However, this is what it would cost us to setup StudioLand.co in Jakarta, Indonesia

:

 

·         Business incorporating fees in the Indonesia will cost $600

·         The budget for Liability insurance, permits and license will cost $2,000

·         Leasing/renting an office space in a good location in Tebet – South Jakarta that will accommodate the number of employees and our studios (Re – Construction of the facility inclusive) will cost $75,000

·         The cost for furnishing and equipping the office (broadcasting devices, cameras, computers, printers, projectors, servers/internet facility, furniture, telephones, filing cabinets, and electronics) will cost $10,000

·         The amount required to purchase the needed software applications – $2,500

·         Launching an official Website will cost $500

·         The amount need to pay bills and staff members for at least 2 to 3 months $9,000

·         Additional Expenditure such as Business cards, Signage, Adverts and Promotions will cost – $2,000

·         Miscellaneous $2,900

 

Going by the report from the market research and feasibility studies conducted, we will need about one hundred four thousand and five hundred (104,500) U.S. dollars to successfully set up a small scale but standard rental photographic studio in Indonesia.


 

3.3  Marketing Strategy

In order to make this Digital Photography Studio known to many people, we carry out several strategies to advertise our company online through social media such as Faceboo, Instagram, and others as well as offline such as by banners or distributing brochures.

There are several ways to do promotion so that the public or consumers are interested. This promotion can be done in various ways, for example:

·         Banner

Put up banners in front of the business location, and also placed it in several other strategic places.

Catalog

Create a catalog containing products in A4 size and have an attractive design and of course must be pleasing to the eye.

·         Magazine

Collaboration with magazines in the city of Jakarta

·         Seminar or Event

Cooperating or sponsoring an activity such as: Seminar, Talkshow, Discussion.

·         Offline (Human)

The purpose of this is to tell friends to friends from the community to other communities about the ongoing business.

·         Broadcast Messages (either mobile or internet)

Send a message to friends, relatives, family and relatives about this business.

CONCLUSION

Starting a photography studio business can be said to be difficult and easy. Why is that? because the photographic studio business must require a strategic and comfortable place, so that customers are satisfied with our services. In addition to a strategic and comfortable place, photo studio companies must also prioritize affordable prices and good photo quality. So by starting this photo studio business, we owners are trying our best to advance this business by providing optimal services and services to customers.
